15 killed in house fire in Philippine capital

Manila [Philippines], August 31: Fifteen people were killed in a fire that gutted a house in the Philippine capital region before dawn on Thursday, the Bureau of Fire Protection of the Philippine government said.
The bureau said three others survived the fire that broke out at around 5:30 a.m. local time, which firefighters put out nearly three hours later.
The victims include household members and workers staying at the house in Quezon City.
