Hanoi [Vietnam], February 6: In "My Father's House, One Room" - a 2026 Lunar New Year film project directed and produced by Truong Giang (scheduled to be released on the first day of the Lunar New Year), Anh Tu Atus plays Phat, a character considered a crucial point of contention in the father-son relationship between Mr. Thach (played by Truong Giang) and An (played by Doan Minh Anh).
From secret dates to subtly suggestive exchanges between two generations, Anh Tú Atus 's role is expected to deliver a series of humorous situations, but also touch upon the anxieties of parents when their children enter romantic relationships.
Anh Tú Atus shared that he received an invitation to act in Trường Giang's film two years ago. At that time, the actor was busy with a reality show about music, but: "Because it was Trường Giang, I had no reason to refuse," Anh Tú Atus expressed.
The actor shared that he had the opportunity to work with his senior's projects since his days at theater school, so participating in "My Father's House, One Room " was a "reunion that was bound to happen." "My participation in this project can be seen as repaying a debt of gratitude to him. I also want to thank him for remembering me and always following and supporting my artistic journey," Anh Tú Atus expressed.
Throughout his acting career, Anh Tú Atus has participated in three Lunar New Year films that grossed over 100 billion VND: " Cua l?i v? b?u" (Reclaiming My Pregnant Wife ) , "Sieu lừa gặp sieu lầy" (Super Swindler Meets Super Fool), and "Gặp lại chị bầu" (Meeting the Pregnant Woman Again ). "The widespread exposure is a valuable opportunity for me to get closer to the audience, but I also put pressure on myself to reinvent myself and not let viewers feel bored," Anh Tú Atus shared.
