Brazilian forward Vitinho nearing Bordeaux move

Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) Aug 7: Athletico Paranaense forward Vitinho is close to joining French club Bordeaux,
according to media reports in Brazil.
The Ligue 1 outfit has made an offer worth around 10 million euros (12 million U.S. dollars) to sign the 22-year-old on a
long-term deal, Globo Esporte said on Friday.
It added that Paranaense president Mario Petraglia had confirmed negotiations for the Brazilian were taking place.
Vitinho, whose birth name is Vitor dos Santos, has scored 15 goals and provided six assists in 59 matches since
making his professional debut for Paranaense in 2018.
Defensive midfielder Otavio Santos is currently the only Brazilian in Bordeaux's first-team squad.
