Hamburg [Germany], July 3: A Norwegian Air aircraft travelling from Palma de Mallorca to Copenhagen made an unplanned stop in Hamburg after experiencing cabin pressure problems, a spokeswoman for the airline told DPA on Thursday.
"We had problems with the pressure in the cabin and decided to descend fairly quickly," the spokeswoman said. She said she did not know the precise nature of the problem or its cause, adding that a technical investigation was now under way.
Most of those on board escaped the incident without serious harm. Four passengers and one crew member suffered nosebleeds, likely as a result of the rapid descent, the spokeswoman said.
