MoECC removes cabins for environmental violations

Doha [Qatar], September 7: The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) has carried out a campaign to remove a number of cabins that violated procedures in the Arida area, as part of its ongoing efforts to protect the environment and preserve public properties.
It said that the specialised teams detected a number of environmental violations, which consisted of using some cabins for purposes not designated for them, causing environmental damage at the site.
It said legal measures were taken against cabins that caused violations and they were removed.
