Seoul [South Korea], February 28: North Korea has deployed more troops to support Russia's war against Ukraine, according to South Korean intelligence.
The NIS intelligence service believes additional North Korean troops have been sent to the front line in Russia's Kursk region, although the number of recently deployed troops is being assessed, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported on Thursday. "Following about a monthlong lull, North Korean troops were placed back in the frontline region of Kursk starting in the first week of February," the NIS said, according to Yonhap. (DPA)
