Nov 22, 2024

Moscow [Russia], November 22: President Vladimir Putin confirmed on Thursday evening that Russia used an experimental intermediate-range ballistic missile in a strike on Ukraine and threatened to use the new weapon in more attacks.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported the use of the missile in a Russian attack on the industrial city of Dnipro in eastern Ukraine on Thursday morning, believing it to be an intercontinental ballistic missile.
"All the characteristics - speed, altitude - are those of an intercontinental missile," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video statement. "It is obvious that Putin is using Ukraine as a testing ground." According to official reports, there were no injuries in the attack.
