Sep 03, 2024

Islamabad [Pakistan], September 3: At least six civilians were killed when a suicide bomber carried out an attack in the Afghan capital Kabul, police said on Monday.
Another 13 people were wounded in the blast, Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran said in a statement, adding that an investigation was under way.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the bombing.
Since the Taliban's return to power in August 2021, the number of terrorist attacks have significantly lessened in Afghanistan.
However, offshoots of the so-called Islamic State terror group are still considered to be active in the country. (dpa)
