His negative comments about military service sparked a wave of controversy online, even though the 29-year-old actor made these statements more than 10 years ago.
Amidst the controversy surrounding his controversial statements, Do Nhat Hoang posted a message on his personal page. The actor apologized for his 2015 Facebook post regarding military service, which is currently being recirculated. He stated: "Although the incident happened many years ago, I understand that those statements were inappropriate and irresponsible. I have proactively removed the post."
