UAQ Ruler congratulates emirate's police delegation on achieving prestigious 5-star rating

Umm Al Quwain [UAE], December 20: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, today received at the Emiri Court, a delegation from Umm Al-Qaiwain Police Headquarters, the Umm Al Qaiwain's Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs Port Security (ICP), Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station, and Umm Al Qaiwain Traffic Police on the occasion of receiving a 5-star rating as part of the results of the classification of service channels in the federal government for the Global Star Rating System for Services (gsr.ae) 2023.
Umm Al Qaiwain Ruler congratulated them on this distinguished classification, which, he said, has been the culmination of their notable efforts in championing the implementation of the UAE's performance excellence framework to elevate government performance and deliver exceptional services that exceed citizen expectations, ultimately contributing to the nation's vision of an empowered government sector.
Sheikh Saud highlighted the crucial role of cultivating a nurturing environment, promoting happiness as an essential tenet of society, and providing streamlined and user-friendly government services.
