Tel Aviv [Israel]/ Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 24: TAC InfoSec Limited (NSE: TAC), a global cybersecurity company to acquire 100% of Israel-based Safehouse Technologies Ltd., marking TAC Security's strategic entry into the business-to-consumer (B2C) cybersecurity segment. TAC Security will acquire 100% of Safehouse's issued share capital on a fully diluted basis and, upon completion, Safehouse will become a wholly owned subsidiary of TAC InfoSec Limited.
